LIGHTHOUSE 10KM
PORTMAHOMACK

Scenic out-and-back course course from Portmahomack to Tarbat Ness lighthouse.
10KM RACE STARTS 12 NOON - £5 (over 16s only)
10KM WALK starts 11am - £5 (over 12s only)
5KM FUN RUN starts 12.10pm - £3 (open to all ages but under 8s must be accompanied by an adult)
Register at Carnegie Hall just off Main Street from 10am on race day – no need to pre-enter but you can download an entry form here: http://tainrunners.co.uk/doc/LighthouseEntryForm.doc
Refreshments will be served in the newly refurbished hall from 1pm.
