This route is a loop from the Tain Hill Walks car park, but a couple of miles can be added if you are willing to run up and down the Tain Hill road too. The run passes Pulpit Rock which provides the best views of the route. Huge expanses of the Moray Firth and the Grampian Highlands can be seen. It's a nice varied route through wee, windy paths and big forestry roads, along the flat as well as up and down rough, tough hills.
